  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Swimwear: Men’s Swim
    • Jewelry: All jewelry items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
